The owner´s comments
A reasonable amount of good quality oak firewood is provided to guests as a free service included in the rental of the house.
Since the firewood is not stored in an enclosed space, the degree of dryness may vary depending on weather conditions, so it cannot be guaranteed that it is completely dry. If the guest considers it convenient, they can bring their own firewood.
This accommodation has a specific cancellation policy:
- The deposit is only refunded if notified more than 30 days in advance in regular season and 56 days in high season (long weekends and weeks in summer)
* The accommodation can only be occupied by the number of people indicated in the booking details. The stay of undeclared people is not permitted without prior authorization from the property.
* Parties or events are not allowed without prior authorization.
* Charging electric or hybrid vehicles using the accommodation's electrical installations (indoor or outdoor sockets) is strictly prohibited.
* Smoking is not allowed in the rooms of the house.
* You must take care of the furniture and facilities. Guests will be responsible for any damage that may be caused to the facilities and exterior of the accommodation during their stay.
* Use of the swimming pool is the sole responsibility of the users. Minors must always be supervised by a responsible adult.
* Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool.
* Use of the barbecue is the responsibility of the user and is subject to current fire prevention regulations.
This house is attached to another rural house. Both houses, as well as their patios and barbecue areas, are completely independent, but they share the pool. It is important to note that guests must respect the guests staying in the other house in terms of noise, especially in the shared area (the pool) and during rest hours. The same is requested of the guests in the other house, in order to guarantee a pleasant and peaceful stay for everyone.
Failure to comply with this or any of the house rules may result in the immediate termination of the stay, without the right to a refund of any amount paid.
