Rural house in Alt Urgell, located in the heart of nature in the Valldarques area, in the Pyrenees. This is a 10th-century Catalan farmhouse, completely isolated and surrounded by mountains, ideal for enjoying the surroundings with friends and family.
The farmhouse has been fully restored and offers a warm, comfortable space with excellent amenities. The total capacity is 14 people plus 2 additional places for children.

The house features spacious areas designed for groups. There is a large living-dining room with a table for 14 people, fireplace and sound system, next to a fully equipped kitchen. It also includes an audiovisual room with TV, international SAT channels, Blu-ray, DVD and 10 cinema-style seats.
In addition, the house offers a games room, a fully equipped gym with machines, sauna and an indoor heated swimming pool. Inside you will also find terraces overlooking the forest: one next to the dining room and another semi-covered one on the upper floor. There are 3 additional bathrooms distributed throughout the farmhouse.
