Description
Cottage in Alt Penedès, just outside the village of Subirats. It is a Catalan country house located in full vineyards of the Penedès, the most important wine area of Catalonia. Perfect to enjoy with the family and friends of this country house with capacity for 7 people.
IN THE INSIDE OF THE FARM
The rural house is distributed on two floors with all kinds of services. On the ground floor we find a fully equipped kitchen with a central table for all guests. On the first floor are the 3 bedrooms, 1 complete bathroom and a living room with sofas, TV to rest.

IN THE EXTERIOR OF THE FARM
The house has a lovely garden with terrace ideal to lie in the sun and rest when you do good, a barbecue where you can prepare grilled meat with family and friends, an area with soccer goals and baskets, a porch with Table football and ping-pong table, and a swimming pool ideal for the summer months. In addition we will enjoy the incredible views of the vineyards.
