Description
Rural house in the Berguedà concretely to the outskirts of Casserres, a calm town located to the south of the city of Berga. In this rural house reigns peace and tranquility, since it is far from the center of town, in the middle of nature, which makes it a perfect home to spend a few days of relaxation and enjoy the Berguedà region. Also, from this point you can make many interesting visits, either through the natural environment where the characteristic forests of the area or the famous Pedraforca mountain stand out. Other excursions that can be done are the different points of cultural interest such as the Ruta de las Fuentes, the Roc de la Miel, the Encina de los Cuerllos, or Bauma de las 7 puertas. The house has at its disposal 70 hectares of fields and forests, and a maximum capacity for 30 people.
INSIDE
This rural house has been completely renovated inside, despite having maintained the original structure of the house, with all kinds of comforts and adapting it to rural tourism to perfection. Starting from the ground floor, we find an open room where the kitchen, the dining room and the living room share space. In this space we find a fireplace surrounded by sofas and next to the TV, right at the back of the sofas we have a table football and a ping pong table, perfect for a fun time in the heat of the fire home. The dining room has a long wooden table where the whole group fits. The kitchen has everything you need. It has 9 full bathrooms and 11 rooms:

ABROAD
It has a very traditional exterior appearance, since it is a typical Catalan farmhouse of the thirteenth century, and has maintained many structural elements such as stone walls, and other ancient utensils as a decoration. From the outside there is a large swimming pool with unbeatable views of the landscape, and equipped with hammocks. The house also has an area with two barbecues and a paellero with a frying pan. Also, for the little ones there is a playground and a garden area.
