Description
Cottage in Osona, specifically in the small town of Santa Creu de Jutglar, belonging to the municipality of Olost. It is located in a particular location, at the crossroads between three transhumance roads and what was the old ral road of the region. It is a traditional house that has decorations dating from the thirteenth century.
After the fourteenth century in the eighteenth century this house was used as a jury council of the Lluçanès. Recently it has been reformed to offer all kinds of comforts and dedicate itself entirely to rural tourism. It has a capacity for 16 people.
INSIDE
This rural house has all kinds of services and amenities to offer the best rural experience. It has a large living room with a traditional fireplace and wide sofas from which the rooms are distributed. Right next to it is the kitchen perfectly equipped with all kinds of utensils and the main appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The 6 rooms of the house are shared:
- 2 rooms with 2 single beds
- 2 double rooms with a double bed
- 2 triple rooms
- 2 extra beds
All rooms have their own bathroom and there is another one shared. There is also a leisure area with library and table tennis room.
ABROAD
The farmhouse has a large outdoor area where we find a porch, a covered barbecue area where you can make a meal outdoors, outdoor pool and interior patio, and a leisure area for children with swing, sandpit, and a basketball basket. It should also be noted that this house offers internet connection, heating, and is suitable for people with reduced mobility.
