Description
Rural house in La Garrotxa, specifically in the Alta Garrotxa area, in the municipality of Sales de Llierca, a small town in the province of Girona, isolated, in direct contact with nature and the mountains. Where the house is located you can do countless excursions and routes.
It should be noted that it is a self-sufficient rural house, the electricity comes from its own solar panels, which in the same way serve to heat the water in the house, which comes from rain and natural sources. It also has biomass heating!
It is a traditional 10th century stone house, an old mountain refuge, which has been renovated and adapted to be a great rural accommodation. It has a very cozy decoration, with elements of wood and stone. This apartment is very well equipped with all kinds of services and utensils.

The bedrooms and bathroom are located on the upper floor, and are distributed in:
- 2 double rooms with double bed
- 1 double room with two single beds
All the rooms in the house are fully stocked with their corresponding bedding and wooden furniture. It has a complete bathroom with towels, toiletries, and a large shower tray.
On the ground floor is where we find the common areas of the house, with the living room with its sofas, fireplace, television ... and magnificent views of the surroundings.
Right next to it is a fully equipped kitchen so that nothing is missing with appliances, kitchenware, and different utensils. In the same kitchen there is a large wooden table as a dining room, where the whole group can meet both to eat and to plan the excursion the next morning.
It has a cot on request, and a washing machine (shared with the other accommodation in the complex).

The exterior space of this house is practically the mountain, but it does have a garden area and a parking lot where you can leave your cars.
To access the house there is a 12km track arranged, where all vehicles can access with caution.
