Farmhouse from 1897 and recently renovated in detail. Located in the town of Dosrius, in the Maresme region just 45 minutes from Barcelona.
It has an area of 400m2 distributed over two floors. The ground floor consists of a living room, kitchen/dining room, dining room, full bathroom and double bedroom with its private terrace and exit to the outside. It has a capacity of 12 guests.
The first floor has a hall with a space to relax, 1 complete double bathroom and 4 bedrooms:
- Two doubles
- A quadruple room with a loft
- A suite with its own bathroom with bathtub.
It is a farmhouse located in the middle of nature. We have a small pool that was an old water mine that we have enabled and renovated and it is a super beautiful space. The sizes are 3 x 3.
