Description
Rural house in Tarragona, specifically in Aiguamúrcia, a small town in the Alt Camp region. It is a completely renovated house with the aim of being as welcoming as possible for the practice of rural tourism. In an unbeatable environment, with up to two hectares of outdoor area, so it is a perfect destination to disconnect for a few days and get away from the stress and noise of the city. The house has a capacity of up to 6 people, with the possibility of enabling three additional extra beds.
Inside...
The house is distributed on one floor, which makes it accessible for people with reduced mobility. The bedrooms are as follows:
- 3 double bedrooms with double beds, one of the three with direct access to the pool area.
All rooms are carefully furnished and decorated, with matching bedding and wooden furniture. All the rooms stand out (like the whole house) for their brightness, thanks to the large windows that each one has.
In the house there are two toilets, both renovated but maintaining the rustic style of the entire accommodation. They have a shower tray. There is a hairdryer.
With regard to the common areas of the house, it should first be mentioned that the distribution of the house is particular, since it is structured in different modules joined together by common areas.
The living room is located in a diaphanous and comfortable space, in a room that was formerly used for winemaking. Here we find a large wooden table where the whole group can gather, and an area with a sofa, fireplace and television.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with utensils, kitchenware, and household appliances such as dishwasher, oven, washing machine... and also small ones that facilitate day-to-day life such as Italian coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, mini-pimmer, toaster, juicer...
This accommodation is equipped with heating and air conditioning through aerothermia. Also internet connection via WIFI.
Outside...
We find two specially designed spaces to enjoy:
A barbecue and living area, between a hundred-year-old oak tree and a pine grove, with direct access to the dining room.
A swimming area, made up of the old pond of the farm, enabled by the bathroom and a design pool, for young people and children. All with natural water. Also an elevated area (chill-out area) to relax and sunbathe.
