Description
The house has a lot of space, is simple and cozy, ideal for a family gathering with children. From the terrace you can enjoy a stunning view of the Riudecanyes valley. Located away from the tourist bustle, in a quiet subdivision of a village in the heart of the Baix Camp mountains, it is the ideal starting point to discover the richness of Catalan heritage.
Inside...
Fully equipped kitchen: traditional oven and microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Nescafé Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, kettle, blender, citrus juicer, vegetable cutter, complete set of dishes.
Next to the main entrance there is a large porch, with a ping-pong table, mini foosball, chairs and a small table, for a shaded play/relaxation area.
The house has fiber optics, air conditioning in both the living room and the master bedroom upstairs. The other bedrooms and the living room have fans (4 in total). Children's play corner: small library, coloring, board games and much more.
It has access to 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with a hydromassage shower).
Beds are made upon arrival (blankets available), towels are located in the large master bedroom on the ground floor. There are seven beds: 4 beds of 90 cm, 2 beds of 140 cm, 1 bed of 135 cm.
Please note: the mosquito nets on the bedroom windows are fixed and therefore cannot be lifted. Please don't touch them.
The room under the stairs is closed to travelers (storage of cleaning accessories and household linen).

Outdoor swimming pool (5m20 x 7m50, unheated, no child protection) located in the center of the large teak terrace, with barbecue area, dining furniture, sun loungers and bath towels available.

The owner´s comments
The house is located on the heights of Riudecanyes, 14 km from the sea and Cambrils, 25 km from Salou and Port Aventura, 30 km from Tarragona, 23 km from Reus airport and 120 km from Barcelona airport.
It is a semi-detached house with proximity to the neighborhood, which means that you can sometimes hear the neighbors' dogs barking. This does not prevent the environment from being sensitive to noise as it is a very quiet residential area. For this reason, we wish to welcome families willing to respect the serenity of the place day and night.
Charcoal is not provided for the barbecue. The use of the barbecue is subject to local authorities. If the ban is confirmed in case of fire risk, we provide you with a small barbecue and a small plate (electric).

Deposit Si. 300€. The Security Deposit will be refunded except if any damage or misuse the facilities.
