Description
Country house in La Garrotxa. Maià de Montcal and the municipality of Dosquers extend over a gentle plain, with the summit of Montcal, which gives its name to the municipality. It is located on the eastern border of the Garrotxa region, touching the lands of Empordà and Pla de l'Estany. It has the important strategic characteristic of being in the centre and next to everything. .
It is a farmhouse that has been carefully restored to preserve the charm of its antiquity, located in an authentically natural and beautiful setting. In the same group of houses is the 13th century manor house, where the family that has owned it has lived since time immemorial, and we are the ones who will assist you upon arrival and in everything you need. It has a maximum capacity for 8 people
INSIDE THE RURAL HOUSE
Located in the lowest building next to the main farmhouse, it is completely independent, occupying the ground floor and first floor. Access is via the garden, where the entrance is located, and there is a large hall that can also be used as a multipurpose room, the fully equipped kitchen, dining room-living room, and a guest toilet.
The rooms are distributed in:
- 3 double rooms with double bed
- 1 double room with bunk bed
All rooms are perfectly equipped with their corresponding bed linen. It has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Both with towels and there is a hair dryer.
The house has heating and Wi-Fi.
OUTSIDE THE RURAL HOUSE
The house has its own private garden with chairs and outdoor furniture, along with the barbecue. There are also children's games and the shared pool.
